Can I cancel or update my order once it's placed?
We start processing your order as soon as it’s placed to ensure quick delivery, so we may not be able to change the address, swap colors, or cancel the order. However, you can return items within 30 days if needed.

Can I give Calpaktravel as a gift? Do you offer gift receipts?
We're thrilled you want to gift Calpaktravel! While we don’t offer gift receipts online, each order is shipped with a packing slip that doesn’t include pricing.
If shopping in-store, ask the associate for a gift receipt during checkout.Please note, gift wrapping is not available at the moment, but we hope your gift will be loved for both everyday use and far-away adventures!
