Online Orders (Australia Only)

We accept returns for unused items within 30 days of delivery for Australian orders. If you selected Return Coverage at checkout, no additional return fees will apply. However, if Return Coverage was not purchased, a standard fee of $12.95 will be deducted for bags and accessories, and $24.95 for luggage from your refund.

Please ensure that the returned item shows no signs of use, damage, wear, or alterations, and it must be returned with its original packaging, shipping box, and intact hang tags. We reserve the right to reject returns if personal items are found inside the product, as this indicates use. To ensure a successful return, we recommend checking the compatibility of the product before use.

  • Sample or flash sale products
  • Final sale items

In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused. Please be aware that online purchases cannot be returned in-store at this time.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • No signs of wear, use, or damage
  • Must have the original packaging (including luggage box) and uncut hang tags
  • Luggage that has been removed from its packaging is considered used and cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if personal belongings are found inside the returned items.
