What is your current shipping and order processing timeframe?

Typically, we take 1-3 business days to process orders. Once your package is shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking details.

  • For Australia orders, delivery usually takes 1-6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.


Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Box addresses. If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, we will reach out for a physical address update. If we do not receive a valid address within 24 hours, the order will be canceled.


How much does shipping cost?

For standard ground shipping within the contiguous Australia:

  • Free shipping.


My order says "delivered," but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?

We understand how frustrating this can be! Sometimes, shipping carriers mark a package as delivered a bit early. We kindly ask that you wait two business days after the status update, as the package often arrives shortly afterward.

Additionally, please note that damaged or lost items must be reported to Calpaktravel within 30 days of the recorded delivery date.


What if my package was stolen?

We’re sorry this happened! Unfortunately, we cannot file claims for stolen packages on behalf of customers. We highly recommend reaching out to local authorities to report the theft.
